How does hypnosis work?

Psychological hypnosis is one of the many services we offer, providing a guided, purpose-driven experience similar to meditation. When you sign up, you can join as many group sessions as you want for free. These sessions are led by a licensed provider, but they’re not a substitute for one-on-one therapy, they’re meant to complement the work you're doing in invidual therapy. Right now, we offer recovery groups for people dealing with alcohol, drug, or gambling addictions, plus a group for those coping with grief or loss. The groups meet online through Zoom at different times during the week.
